Who is responsible
ForeclosurePH is the controller of personal information it chooses how to process, such as messages sent to its published contact address. Cloudflare and Supabase provide hosting, security, and database infrastructure under their own terms. A public contact channel must be configured before the site is treated as fully launched.

Information and purposes
Technical requests
Cloudflare and Supabase may receive an IP address, browser and device details, request time, requested URL, and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and serve the public listing data. Processing is limited to providing and securing the service and the operator’s legitimate interest in maintaining it.
Saved comparisons
When you choose + Compare, property identifiers are stored in your browser under foreclosureph-shortlist-v1. They are not uploaded to ForeclosurePH and remain until you clear them or your browser storage. This storage provides the comparison feature you requested.
Search links
Filter choices and search text may be placed in the page URL so you can bookmark or share the search. The URL may appear in ordinary hosting logs and is visible to anyone you share it with. Do not type sensitive personal information into the property search.
Messages
If you email ForeclosurePH, the address, name, message, and related correspondence are used to answer and document the inquiry. Routine correspondence should be deleted within 24 months after the last interaction unless a dispute, security issue, or legal obligation requires longer retention.
Donations and external payments
A donation link, when configured, opens an external provider. ForeclosurePH does not collect card or bank-account details on this website. The provider’s own privacy notice and terms govern information entered there.
Cookies and similar storage
ForeclosurePH’s own code currently sets no advertising, analytics, social-media, or profiling cookies. It does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security or challenge cookies when its protection features require them. The comparison feature uses local storage only after you ask to save a property.
Because no optional tracking technology is currently active, the site does not show a consent banner that would imply otherwise. Non-essential advertising or analytics technology must remain disabled until an appropriate consent system and updated notice are deployed.

International visitors and transfers
Infrastructure providers may process technical data outside the Philippines subject to their contracts, safeguards, and applicable law. Privacy laws vary and may apply based on the operator’s establishment, the people specifically targeted, monitoring activities, and business thresholds—not merely because a page can be opened abroad. Where a law applies, its mandatory rights are not limited by this notice.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion or blocking, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent where consent is used; and complain to the Philippine National Privacy Commission or another competent regulator. ForeclosurePH does not sell personal information, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or make decisions about people through profiling.
A request may require reasonable verification. ForeclosurePH will not ask for more identification than necessary. Clearing browser storage removes the shortlist immediately from that browser; shared search URLs must be deleted wherever you saved or posted them.
Children
The directory is intended for adults researching property. It does not knowingly solicit children’s personal information or offer accounts to children.
Security, changes, and complaints
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Material changes to tracking, advertising, accounts, alerts, or data uses require this notice to be updated before those features launch.
