Banks and government institutions publish acquired properties in different places and formats. ForeclosurePH brings those listings together so they are easier to search and compare. We do not sell properties or handle transactions.

Methodology

How a listing gets into the directory

  1. Step 1

    Collect

    We check official property pages, downloadable lists, and public data feeds.

  2. Step 2

    Organize

    We standardize details such as city, property type, condition, and sale stage while keeping the original source information.

  3. Step 3

    Check updates

    We ignore incomplete updates and keep the last successful results. We mark a listing as removed only after a complete check no longer finds it.

  4. Step 4

    Publish

    We show the listing with its source link and the date our system last retrieved it. This does not confirm current availability.

Listings can change after we check them. Confirm the availability, price, occupancy, deadlines, and sale terms with the institution that published the property. Inspect the property before paying or signing anything.

Send us the institution’s name and listing reference. We’ll check how the record was collected and displayed, then correct it if needed.
