Who is responsible
ForeclosurePH operates this directory. If you contact us, we use your email address and message to respond to your inquiry. We use service providers for website hosting, security, public listing data, email, and external donations.
What information is involved
When you visit
Hosting, security, and database service providers may process your IP address, browser details, requested URL, request time, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. They may retain technical request logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Retention depends on the services and account settings in use.
Saved comparisons
When you select + Compare, the property identifier is stored in your browser. ForeclosurePH does not receive it. It remains until you clear your saved comparisons or browser storage.
Search links
Search text and filters may appear in the page URL so you can bookmark or share them. The URL may appear in ordinary hosting logs and is visible to anyone you share it with. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in the property search.
Messages
If you contact us, we use your email address, message, and any details you include to respond. Routine correspondence is deleted within 24 months of the last interaction unless it must be kept longer for a dispute or legal requirement.
Donations
The support button opens a third-party donation service. ForeclosurePH does not collect your card or bank details. Information handled by that service is subject to its own privacy notice and terms.
Cookies and browser storage
ForeclosurePH does not currently load advertising, analytics, or social media tracking scripts. Hosting and security providers may use cookies when needed for security or browser challenges.
The directory may temporarily cache public listing data in your browser to improve loading speed; this cache does not contain your searches or personal information.
Saved comparisons use your browser’s local storage only after you select + Compare. They are not uploaded to ForeclosurePH and remain until you remove them or clear the site’s browser data.
Because optional tracking is not active, ForeclosurePH does not currently show a consent banner. This notice and the appropriate consent controls will be updated before Google ads or analytics are enabled.

Service providers and international processing
Some service providers may process technical information, messages, or donation details outside the Philippines under their privacy terms and safeguards.
Any privacy rights required by applicable law continue to apply regardless of where the information is processed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may:
- Ask what personal information ForeclosurePH has about you
- Request access, correction, deletion, or restriction
- Object to certain uses or withdraw consent
- File a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission or another appropriate authority
If you submit a privacy request, we may ask for enough information to confirm that the request relates to you. We will not ask for more than necessary. ForeclosurePH does not sell personal information or make automated decisions about people.
Use the Clear saved comparisons button above to remove saved property identifiers from this browser. Search URLs saved or shared elsewhere must be deleted from those locations separately.
Children
ForeclosurePH is intended for adults researching property. It does not offer user accounts or knowingly ask children to provide personal information.
Security, changes, and contact
ForeclosurePH uses reasonable measures to protect the website and the limited information it handles, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
We will update this notice and any required consent controls before introducing features such as Google ads, analytics, user accounts, or alerts that change how information is handled.
